My daughter-in-law proclaimed, "you are going to be grandpa again"!! The excitement diminished rapidly as she continued the announcement, Puppies!! Well, I went to see my new grand-dogs last night and they are so stinking cute! As I watched them my granddaughter explained that they can't see or hear right now, I realized how utterly dependent they are on Georgia (Momma). As I continued to observe, they didn't seem to have a care in the world. They had such peace. I'm sure minutes earlier they were scrambling and competing for a dinner plate (nipple) but once they drank from momma a peace came over them. I wonder if hunger leads to contentment in Jesus? I realized I just witnessed a great illustration of John 6:35. He who comes to me will not hunger, which leads to Philippians 4:7. So taste of Him and have Peace Like A Puppy.
