Gary & Connie Williams founded C7 Church February 5, 2013.

The attributes that best describe Gary as a pastor are leadership development and hosting the manifest presence of God. He has expressed a burning desire to lead C7 Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged. He loves serving alongside members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Gary takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

Gary & Connie have planted or assisted in planting three churches. They have been happily married for 45 years. They have 3 children and three grandchildren.

Ryan and Deana are great examples of "Churchmen".  They love the scripture and the local church.  They both have a vibrant relationship with Jesus.  Deana is currently serving as the Pastoral assistant.  Ryan is part of the worship team.  They have been married for 28 years.  They love their family of 4 children and two grandchildren, all of whom attend C7 and are serving the body at C7 church.   Ryan is a car enthusiast and Deana loves to bake!  They have served as elders in other churches and are scripturally and experientially qualified to serve as elders. 

Before you ask, no, they are not related to the Lead pastors.  They just share the same last name!  

Brent and Stephanie are people who love Jesus above all else!  Brent is a graduate of Evangel University.  Stephanie loves children and has taught for years.  Brent served two terms on the Bentonville school board.  Brent and Stephanie are involved in the community and love people.  They have been serving C7 as elders since September 29, 2023.  

Connie's love for worship is second to none!  She trained classically on the piano since she was 9 years old.  Her passion for God and His presence drives her.  She loves her team deeply! She inspires and encourages them to do and be the best they can be.  She is a behind the scenes leader and loves seeing her team lead the C7 body into worship.  She is the steady hand that has guided our team at C7 for 11 years.  

Caleb & Gabi are some of the most positive people  you would ever want to be around.  We are excited to have Caleb come along side Connie as the associate minister of worship.  Caleb is a very gifted worship leader.  He is totally in his element when he is worshipping, playing keys or song writing.  He loves Jesus with his whole being!  The future is bright!  We look forward to seeing how God uses Caleb as he follows his passion.  

Deana serves as the pastoral assistant.  She loves the Lord and His church!  Her and Ryan also serve as elders.  Deana is gifted at administration and assists our entire staff in various areas.  She does more than we even realize to keep the ministry at C7 organized. 

Dave and Sharon lead our Thursday night intercessor group.  Dave also serves as the "House Prophet".  The blend that Dave brings of both the prophetic and intercession is invaluable!  They lead this group of people with passion.  Our church literally feels the impact of our intercessors!  

Clayton leads our men's ministry.  He loves the Lord and his family.  He is a man's man and it is evident in the favor he carries with the men at C7 Church.  He is a veteran and just as he served our country well, he leads and serves our men extremely well.  He is an entrepreneur who is currently employed by Walmart. He is involved in his community and loves to coach! 

Elliott & Danielle are our youth pastors.  They both carry the gift of leadership.  They have a desire to disciple the next generation.  Elliott Graduated from Liberty University with a business administration degree.  Danielle graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in supply chain management.  They both are students of the Bible.  We are excited to watch as they assist parents in building the next generation. 

Carissa is our children's pastor.  She loves children and her and Clayton have 4 of their own.  Carissa has passion for the children to learn the deep things of the spirit.  She is a perfect mix of strength, grace, and love.  If you need prayer for anything I would suggest you find her with the children and have that child-like faith prayed over you!
